Halloween Happy Hour: Your costumed cuties -- let the haunting begin!

In a few hours, neighborhood sidewalks all over will come alive with Halloween hoopla. We hope all the candy-seeking trick-or-treating is equal parts spooky, safe, and sinfully sweet. For such an occasion, we wanted to toast your darlings in their costumed finery.
