Sure. Why not? It's totally natural and if we feed our kids breast milk, we should be able to eat it as cheese ourselves.

No. Breast milk is for babies and shouldn't be consumed in any other form. It's a total publicity stunt on the chef's part.

If mommy was in a controlled environment like goats & cows, why not? But if she smoked, ate junk, did drugs? You want this in your cheese?

Breastmilk can transfer serious diseases like HIV, could the viruses end up in the cheese if unhealthy milk were hypothetically used?

As long as it was pasteurized, why not? I eat cheese from sheep and goats, buffaloes and cows. Others use horse milk. Why not human?

Of course I would. Family of 10 kids, we use "Mommy milk" on our cereal and to heal minor scraps and cuts.

That breast milk is a product of what she has eaten. And what may that be? Not interested.

I breast fed 4 children. Any left-over breast milk in the freezer was dumped after a few days to make room for other foods.

As with ANY milk product sold in the USA human milk should come from a health tested source (did you know that males can lactate!? another topic for another day). I have no problem as long as the product is just as "safe" as other food products we eat.
