    How do you keep your kids' holiday eating in check?

    Holiday time means cookies, cakes and sweets galore! And even though we want the kids to have fun, too much isn't good. What's the secret to keeping it healthy without being a Scrooge? Share your secrets.

    I make sure they eat plenty of healthy food first and then they can have a treat. The healthy food helps fill them up so there isn't much room for the junk.

    Not quite that, but I don't make a big fuss about sweets and such during the holidays

      Who cares what kids eat they play so much it will all be fine.
