    My children are all adults now, but if they were still teens, we'd be having this conversation.

      Being as Child Internet Safety Advocate and having a 5 year old I try to keep myself and my wife up to speed on these issues.

        Yes. It's too important to ignore.

        I hope that by discussing it early on it won't become a major problem with my daughter. She has been told what it is and she can't do it.

        I will though, when they are a bit older (they are currently 8 and 6 years old).

          My daughter is still to young for this type of activity, but I feel even those who are old enough for it, i.e. cell phones and computers, are not mature enough to understand the possible life long consequences of their actions.
